BOOK YOUR BAND AT THE PHOENIX
We are super stoked to announce that for just $300, you can enjoy a complete package that includes not only the sound equipment but also the expertise of a professional sound engineer who will make sure everything sounds just right. (If bands want to bring their own sound engineer, they can still use our amazing equipment for a $100 fee, plus a $200 deposit that will be returned within 72 hours after the event) This new setup is all about making it easier and more affordable for everyone to enjoy live music and create unforgettable experiences in our community!
So… ya wanna use your own sound guy? Cool!! But you need to know a few things first:
No altering or removal of any installed equipment. You are free to add to the snake and augment the board for additional instruments and gear.
There is a $200 sound gear deposit which is payable at time of booking and refundable within 72 hrs of completion of show based on review on inventory of gear (PLEASE FEEL FREE TO TAKE PHOTOS OF ANY ISSUES WITH GEAR THAT YOU WANT TO DOCUMENT FOR OUR INSPECTION AND YOUR PROTECTION)
$200 PAYABLE TO SOUND TECH DURING NIGHT OF SHOW.

Our live events are booked Friday and Saturday nights with show times roughly starting around 8pm and ending around 12am.
We honour a strict “No Bullshit, No Second Chances” policy. Therefore If any band member, stage hand, performer or person in the crowd is not complying within our house rules, they will be promptly asked to leave and will be permanently banned from our establishment.
All patrons must show proof of age upon arrival (age 19+ only permitted)
If you believe your show warrants security, you must provide security people for 2 exterior doors to ensure all patrons have paid and are complying with house rules.
All promo material and event listings are required to be set up at least 1 month prior to your event and cancellations need to be addressed within 60days to receive full sound deposit. In preparation for your gig we ask you post on your social media sites, weekly, to promote for the month prior to your event. This will help us both to promote to new faces, fans and bands as we’re trying to build a strong, safe and prosperous community.
